II. RESERVATIONS

Reserving accommodation with one of the Group's hotels constitutes a contract between GLP and the person making the reservation (the Client).
This contract is subject to the terms and conditions of applicable French legislation. Any dispute arising from a violation of this contract, or its interpretation, for which an amicable solution has not been reached, shall be submitted for a decision to the French courts in New Caledonia.
The reservation shall be considered valid upon confirmation by GLP to the Client by e-mail or facsimile transmission.
This communication shall confirm the dates of the reservation and the applicable rates. GLP shall not be held responsible should it prove impossible to contact the Client at the address or number given.

Rates

The rates for hotel accommodation may vary according to the date the reservation is made, the time of year, the occurrence of specific entertainment or professional events, or other special conditions.

III. Personal Data Privacy Policy

For a reservation to be made through this site, the applicant is required to fill the relevant form, which asks for certain information of a personal nature (name, e-mail address, etc.). The Client is responsible for providing GLP with correct contact information. As required by French law, this site (www.glphotels.nc) has been listed with CNIL (the French commission for the protection of individual privacy).
All personal data processed through this site is declared to CNIL. Furthermore, as required by French law, GLP hereby attests that the personal information provided by the user is required for processing the user's request, and will be used only for GLP's own administrative and commercial purposes.

User's access to personal records
